VRP’s Specialized Research Labs laboratories were originally built by Medimmune* for use as : Biotechnology Labs, Wet labs, Biological laboratories, Chemistry, Oncology and now we have added Clean Technology Research,

VRP’s Campus in the heart of Silicon Valley has 4 megawatts of power for all of your equipment, and our 600 kilowatts of back up generators will keep them powered in the event of a power outage.

VRP has specialized research labs Ideal for Biology or Chemistry work with 100% outside air systems, HEPA filters, and exhaust venting for FUME hoods in over 30 labs. If you have a specialized need, we likely have a lab space already built out for your use.
